Warranty

Stander, Inc. — Limited 1-Year Warranty

Congratulations on your purchase of a Stander product! We hope it enhances your daily living. Please read the following warranty information for your protection.

Coverage

Stander, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this period, Stander will repair or replace, at no charge, any part found to be defective in material or workmanship.

The original purchaser must prepay all shipping costs to return the product for inspection or repair. Any replacement parts provided under this warranty will be new and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment — whichever is longer.

To file a claim, the original purchaser must notify Stander, Inc. in writing during the warranty period, describing the defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only under normal use.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage during shipment (other than the original shipment to the retailer).

• Damage caused by unauthorized attachments, alterations, or modifications.

• Damage resulting from using the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed or intended.

• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, or misapplication.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE — ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
