NOVA Warranty Statement

NOVA is committed to providing the highest quality products and exceptional service. Each product is built to precise standards and thoroughly inspected before shipment. This warranty reflects our confidence in the materials and workmanship of our products.

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and does not cover any subsequent purchaser or owner. It becomes void upon any sale, transfer of ownership, or use by another individual.

Warranty Coverage:

NOVA warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following durations, starting from the date of purchase:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty

• Brakes: 5 Years

• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1 Year Limited Warranty (includes wheels, hand grips, padding, cables, upholstery, bags, screws, and plastic parts)

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Problems caused by user negligence, misuse, failure to follow product instructions, or normal wear and tear.

• Items subject to abuse, unauthorized modification, or negligence.

Warranty Service:

For service, contact the dealer where you purchased your NOVA product. If you are not satisfied with the service, call us directly at the number below. Be prepared to provide:

• The nature of the defect

• Product serial number

• Name and location of the place of purchase

• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important Note:

Do not return products to our office without prior consent. Repairs or replacements are the sole remedies under this limited warranty. Labor or shipping charges for replacement part installation or product repair are not included.
