This bed has been a blessing for my elderly mom. The rotation feature makes it much easier for her to get in and out of bed without assistance. It’s made caregiving so much simpler and has provided her with a greater sense of independence. Our initial concern about her sleep quality has also been alleviated. She's been sleeping great in the new bed and loves the comfort and support of the deluxe mattress.

The chair worked so much better than my previous power chair from another manufacture. I like to go fishing with my son-in-law over the weekends and it is so much easier to bring the chair with us now as it folds and takes very little space in the F-150’s truck bed.

I thought I’d have more problems with TSA (Transportation Security Administration) checkpoints, but I had no problem at all. The agents were extremely cooperative in helping. The SmartScoot wheels can be set to various widths. The maximum width provides maximum stability, but pulling in the wheels allows access through narrow areas like cruise ship doors.

I purchased this chair for my husband about 3 weeks ago and we are already very pleased. It was easy to finish assembling and he started using it right away. We opted for the auto-recline because it makes it easier for my husband to sit for longer periods of time. The manual folding and unfolding is very simple and it has been proven easy to operate. The controls have just the right amount of sensitivity. The power to the wheelchair has been good and he has made it up minor hills with no problem. Charging is easy as well. The cushion on the seat is better than most wheelchairs but we will likely by a thicker cushion to make it more comfortable. There is only a few items we wish were a little different. 1)The headrest (it would be great if it had side support). 2) Folding lock - would help to lift the wheelchair into our car if there was a lock to hold it in the folded position. 3) The safety wheel attachment - You can not stand the wheelchair upright in the folded position when the safety wheels are in place. They can be removed or adjusted to be positioned higher for storage but it is a bit of a pain to do on a regular basis.

It fit perfectly on my scooter so I was pleased with that. I like that the holder itself adjusts to different size cups or bottles. Fits my Stanley cup easily and seems very sturdy. Easy shopping experience overall

I purchased the IQ-8000 and received it yesterday, a few days earlier than expected. I opened the box and the chair was packed very well so did not have to worry about any damage being done during shipping. My husband took it for a spin and it was very quiet and comfortable, seems to work just as described. Very happy with the purchase so far!

I absolutely love my wheelchair lift. I cannot lift my wheelchair by myself. My husband usually does it but I don’t want him to hurt himself and decided to go ahead and get this lift. No matter who is lifting the chair. Everyone is going to put a little strain on their back. Wheelchair lift eliminates any strains and accidents someone may have by lifting even the smallest weight item. I feel that This lift may be just a tad slow, but it gets the job done
