I ordered the wrong size battery. Upon initiating a return on the website, I was told it was not eligible for return. Now I’m stuck with a battery that I don’t need or want. I was going to buy a larger battery from them but I bought from Walmart instead.
Haven’t really learned the in and outs of the chair yet but for $1,799 it’s worth it. They made the chair so that it doesn’t stop exactly when you stop it. They say (even though it comes with a seat belt) that if it stopped it would eject the person out of the chair which would be impossible if safety belt were on. I rolled right into my mother and hurt her. Her thinking I did it on purpose kicked me out of her home where I was staying because I need 24 hour care. I now live in my own house which wasn’t built for this wheelchair all because the chair didn’t stop when it should have. It also doesn’t like turning to the left or right and couldn’t even get behind the desk in court with the judge watching like I was doing it on purpose. No matter how you feel make sure you use the chair right away because I think they actually charge you to return it. Looks wise it’s a gorgeous chair and when I go straight on an even walkway it works perfect. I learned if you pull the control backwards after you try to stop it helps stop it better. Just wish it came with the lift. It’s hard to get into a suv.
Only had the scooter a couple days, so far its ok. Few issues with a couple small things but the shipping was amazing. Areived 2 days earlier than expected and the delivery driver was awesome.

I only need resupply with the wax guards. The other stuff is a waste of money. Why can't I just buy wax guards?
Not happy as it did not come with the embroidered "oxygo" on it. That was the highlight of the item as it was always recognized as medical equipment. Company said they werent aware that it was npw being sold with our the embroidered words
The rubber piece on the bottom is not too sturdy at all. I can't get it to stand up sometimes it falls right over.
Attached nicely to my walker.....Mom loves both and has alreasy used them both a few times. Its her Sunday and Drs appt/shopping walker. Stay is the car.
I love my order and my Mom LOVES it. Mom feels pretty using this walking assisy device. Its dressy and she has gotten so many compliments. Makes her want to use it more. Thanks for this product. PS...also ordered the bottle holder. NICE!
This scooter is amazing. I finally have my mobility back! It is high quality. Its easy to fold up and place in the back is car, on my own! I highly recommend this!
I like to color. It's just not stable. The rubber is not stable !!
This product was ordered the end of September and received approximately 5 days ago. Upon assembly, I discovered that the one wheels was not attaching properly. I called the company and they stated they would send a new wheel. I sent a video of the issue with the wheel so they were able to see the problem. They said they would send out a new wheel. I told them the problem wasnt the wheel it had something to do with the bolt that went through the wheel. Anyway, I received the new wheel and, low and behold, it still DOESNT ATTACH TO THE WHEELCHAIR!!!!! I called the company and they are sending out a new chair. Other than the defect with the chair, it looks like, once it is in working order, it will be perfect!

If course my renote for my lift chair decided to stop working on a weekend. Without it, I am bedridden and not a happy camper. But DME came to the rescue and I had it Monday! Always take the time to reach out to a himan when you're having a challening time, great businesses like these are life savers!
This walker is well made. It came out of the box ready to go and I went. It is just what I needed. I feel very stable when using it.
Been to 8 different zoos, 12 museums and everything in between. We love ours!!!
She's a honey very comfortable for sitting.
I love that it folds small enough to leave room in my trunk for luggage! The machine is solidly built and light in weight. It does not fold up as smoothly as I anticipated. To get it to stand on its own, the front wheels need to be turned in towards the back. Try as I might, it does not do that without assisting by hand. But because it doesn’t take the whole trunk, I am very pleased!
It is a great unit but I ordered the large which is too wide for doorways.
Excellent compact rollator walker. Love how easily and reliably I can collapse, put in back seat of car, and take out and set up. After using a standard 2 wheel walker and a bigger more comfortable heavy duty rollator for a couple years, the Rolloy has become my everyday standard. I use a flexible cane holder to help secure cups on the seat instead of a cup holder, and I have found that I can put a fabric bag over the handles on the seat to secure larger items that don’t fit in the front bag.
