Luggie Scooter, Inc. DBA Freerider USA warrants to the original owner of each new LUGGIE® or FREERIDER® branded electric scooter or power chair, purchased directly from an authorized reseller, to be complete and free from defects in material or workmanship for the periods outlined below.
⚠️ Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, shipping damage, alterations, modifications, misuse, neglect, or abuse.
3-Year Limited Warranty – Structural Frame
The structural frame of all LUGGIE® or FREERIDER® electric scooters is warranted for 36 months from the date of original purchase.
If the frame is found defective in material and/or workmanship, as determined by an authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc. representative, it will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
The motor, transaxle, brake assembly, and electrical components are warranted for 12 months from the date of original purchase.
If any of these components are determined to be defective in material and/or workmanship by an authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc. representative, they will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
The lithium battery or batteries supplied with new LUGGIE® electric scooters are warranted for 12 months from the date of original purchase.
If the battery is determined to be defective in material and/or workmanship by an authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc. representative, it will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
