The rolloy weighs just 17 lbs.We know lifting it is a key consideration. Its compact, foldable design makes it easier to handle than bulky, older models.

Getting the perfect fit is the most important step! We want you to be comfortable and safe. Here’s a simple guide to choosing
between our Standard and Extra Wide models.

Choose the Standard Model if:

  • Your Doorways: Are 25 inches or wider. (The Standard model is 24" wide).
  • Your Weight: Under 300 lbs.
  • Your Height: Your wrist-to-floor measurement is 31" to 39".
  • Your Hip Width: Is around 16-17 inches. (The seat is 18" wide).

Choose the Extra Wide Model if:

  • Your Doorways: Are 27 inches or wider. (The Wide model is 26" wide).
  • Your Weight: Under 400 lbs.
  • Your Height: Your wrist-to-floor measurement is 32" to 40".
  • Your Hip Width: Is around 17-18 inches. (The seat is 19" wide).

Quick Tip: To find the right seat size, measure your hips while sitting, then add an inch or two for a comfortable, relaxed fit.

That's a very good question to ask. Let's make sure you can move freely around your home.

  • Our Standard Model is 24 inches wide, designed to easily pass through most standard interior doorways.
  • Our Extra Wide Model is 27 inches wide, so it needs doorways that are at least 28 inches wide to pass through comfortably.

The seat is designed for comfortable rests whenever you need one. It's made of a strong, yet breathable nylon that provides firm support and stays comfortable even on warmer days.To ensure a comfortable fit:

  • The Standard Model has an 18-inch wide seat.
  • The Extra Wide Model has a 19-inch wide seat.

For the best fit, we suggest measuring your hip width while seated and adding an inch or two. This ensures you have room to sit comfortably without feeling squeezed.

    The Rolloy is lighter than most Rollators weighing only 17 lbs but make sure that is a comfortable weight for you.

  • Check Wrist Height

    Choose the Standard model for wrist height that is 31" - 39" or the Extra wide model with a wrist height that is 32" - 40" from the ground.

  • Check Doorways

    To ensure an easy fit, make sure your doorways are wider than the models width: Standard 24" and Extra Wide 26"

  • Measure Hip Width

    To ensure a relaxed fit, select the 18" Standard model if your hips are 17" wide. Choose the 19" Wide model if your hips are 18" wide
