EV Rider Limited Warranty

Three-Year Limited Warranty — Structural Frame

EV Rider, LLC warrants the structural frame components of the scooter for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Covered components include:

• Platform

• Seat post

• Main frame

One-Year Limited Warranty — Parts & Electronics

EV Rider, LLC warrants that for one (1) year from the date of purchase, any part or electronic component of the scooter or charger found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at EV Rider’s discretion.

Important Notes:

• Labor charges are not included.

• The purchaser is responsible for delivery to an authorized repair facility.

• Proof of purchase, serial number, and purchase date are required.

• Contact the dealer or company where the scooter was purchased for warranty service.

Six-Month Limited Warranty — Replacement Parts

All spare parts carry a six (6) month limited warranty from the date of sale, including:

• Replacement batteries

• Replacement chargers

• Spare components purchased separately from the scooter

One-Year Warranty Exceptions

Motor Noise

An increase in operational noise is not covered under warranty. Noise increases are typically caused by excessive strain, misuse, or abusive operation.

Batteries

Batteries are covered for one (1) year from the date of scooter purchase (excluding the Stand-N-Ride scooter). Battery performance issues due to wear and tear are not covered.

Warranty Service Guidelines

• Warranty service may be performed by EV Rider, LLC or an authorized service facility.

• Do not return parts without prior approval. A Return Authorization (RA) is required.

• The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and any damage incurred during transport.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover:

Consumable & Wear Items

Normal wear and tear items are excluded, including:

• Tires and tubes

• Belts and bulbs

• Upholostery and seating

• Motor brushes

• Fuses

• Plastic shrouds and footrest covers

Damage Caused By:

• Battery fluid spillage or leakage

• Abuse, misuse, accidents, or negligence

• Improper operation or excessive loading

• Improper maintenance or storage

• Commercial use or non-personal mobility use

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

Repairs or modifications performed without prior written consent from EV Rider, LLC are not covered.

Additional Exclusions

• Labor and service calls

• Shipping and transportation costs

• Repairs not approved by EV Rider, LLC

Battery Warranty Clarification

Battery defects due to manufacturing issues typically become apparent within the first two months of use. Gradual performance decline after this period is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered.

Limitation of Implied Warranties & Liability

• Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the original purchase date, where permitted by law.

• EV Rider, LLC is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

• This warranty constitutes the exclusive remedy.
