Warranty Information

This warranty is provided exclusively to the original consumer purchaser and is effective from the date of purchase.

Circle Specialty Inc. warrants that the Pango Activity Chair will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover non-durable components or parts subject to normal wear and tear. It also does not apply to product failure resulting from misuse, negligence, or use outside the specified conditions and intended purposes.

If a defect is found within the warranty period, Circle Specialty Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or component as necessary.
