Bespoke Mobility Warranty Policy

Models Covered:

Elite, Legacy, Platinum, Prestige, Regal, and Supreme.

Lifetime Limited Warranty Coverage

• Structural frame components, seat post, and the frame itself are warranted for the lifetime of the product.

Two-Year Limited Warranty Coverage

• For two (2) years from the date of purchase, any non-consumable parts or electronic components found defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at Bespoke Mobility’s sole discretion.

Six-Month Warranty Coverage

• For six (6) months from the date of purchase, defective batteries or chargers will be repaired or replaced at Bespoke Mobility’s sole discretion.

• Batteries are subject to wear and tear. Gradual performance deterioration after this period due to normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered.

• A load test may be required before battery replacements are authorized.

Warranty Exclusions and Exceptions

Service and Labor Costs:

• Defects reported within 30 days of delivery will be repaired or replaced at Bespoke Mobility’s discretion.

• Service calls and labor costs are not covered unless previously authorized.

Consumable Items:

• Items subject to normal wear such as tires, tubes, lights, upholstery, bearings, brake pads, cables, and buttons are not covered.

Damage, Abuse, and Misuse:

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper use, excessive loading, poor maintenance, acts of God, commercial use, modifications, or alterations.

Warranty Transfer:

• Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs for warranty parts are not covered and must be paid by the purchaser.

Warranty Claims

How to Initiate a Claim:

• Contact Bespoke Mobility’s Service Department at 866-703-6884.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Basic troubleshooting may be performed before claims proceed.

• Photos or videos of the issue may be requested.

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the original purchase date, where legally permitted. All implied warranties and liabilities for consequential damages are excluded. This warranty is the exclusive remedy.
