Warranty Coverage

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is void upon any sale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person. NOVA warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following durations:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty

• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: One-Year Limited Warranty (e.g., rubber tips, plastic, or metal hardware)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Negligence or misuse of the product

• Failure to follow product instructions

• Normal wear and tear

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Products subject to abuse or altered without prior written authorization are not covered.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact the dealer where you purchased your NOVA product. If the dealer does not provide satisfactory service, contact NOVA directly using the number provided on this document. Be prepared to provide:

• A description of the defect

• The product serial number

• The name and location of the original purchase

• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important: Do not return any products to NOVA without prior authorization.

Limitations and Remedies

Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty. Labor and shipping costs for replacement part installation or product repair are not covered.

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
