• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: One-Year Limited Warranty (e.g., rubber tips, plastic, or metal hardware)

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Products that have been abused, altered without written authorization, or used outside of normal conditions are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
