The Lightweight Transport Chair with Hand Brakes features a sturdy yet lightweight aluminum frame and comfortable padded upholstery. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and becomes void upon resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover issues caused by user negligence, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear. Items subjected to abuse or modification without prior written authorization are not covered.
