Stander EZ Swivel Overbed Table

Stander, Inc. (“Stander”) warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only when the product is used according to its specifications. It is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

If you believe your product has a defect:

1. Notify Stander in writing during the warranty period, describing the defect.
2. Ship the product, along with proof of purchase, to Stander at your expense.

Note: All shipping costs must be paid by the original purchaser. Stander will not reimburse shipping charges.

If Stander determines, at its sole discretion, that the product has a material defect, it will replace the product and ship a replacement to you.

• Products damaged during shipment (other than the original shipment to retailer).
• Products altered, modified, or used with unauthorized attachments.
• Products not properly installed or used outside Stander’s instructions.
• Products used for purposes other than those for which they were designed.
• Damage from abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, misapplication, accident, or abnormal use/storage.

STANDER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE — ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY STANDER. IT SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER STATEMENTS AND CANNOT BE VARIED BY ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN REPRESENTATION.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL STANDER, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES BASED ON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
