The chair itself is fantastic — it moves smoothly indoors, feels stable, and doesn’t take up too much space. Big plus that it doesn't feel bulky or medical-looking. That said, shipping took way longer than expected. I was really counting on getting it sooner, but it arrived almost 10 days after I ordered, and there were no updates for several days. When you’re in pain and waiting on mobility support, that delay feels even longer. So overall — great product, but they really need to improve logistics. I’d still use it again, just hope the delivery is quicker.
