Golden Technologies Lift Chair Quality Inspection Checklist

1️⃣ Model number is verified

2️⃣ Fabric color is confirmed

3️⃣ All selected options are verified (if applicable)

4️⃣ Fabric cleanliness is inspected

5️⃣ Upholstery nap direction is checked

6️⃣ Seam integrity & upholstery inspected for holes

7️⃣ Loose threads are trimmed

8️⃣ Leg levelers are checked and tightened

9️⃣ All frame bolts are secured

🔟 Footboard gap is verified as even and straight

Structural & Safety Inspections

1️⃣1️⃣ Placement of five French tacks is verified

1️⃣2️⃣ Proper law tags are located and verified

1️⃣3️⃣ Motor clevis pins are locked in place

1️⃣4️⃣ All wires are wrapped and secured with tie wraps

1️⃣5️⃣ Lift frame bolts are fastened to bottom arms

1️⃣6️⃣ All scissor mechanism bolts are present and tight

1️⃣7️⃣ Poly packs are inspected to ensure no staples are touching the metal frame

1️⃣8️⃣ Chair is checked for broken, damaged, or missing parts

1️⃣9️⃣ Frame is inspected for split wood

2️⃣0️⃣ Loose staples are checked and secured

Functionality & Performance Testing

2️⃣1️⃣ Heat function is tested (if applicable)

2️⃣2️⃣ Motor clevis pin washers and straps are verified

2️⃣3️⃣ Serial number labels are attached to the lift frame and hand control cord

2️⃣4️⃣ Lift and recline buttons are tested

2️⃣5️⃣ Sleep position is verified

2️⃣6️⃣ Sit position is verified

2️⃣7️⃣ TV position is verified

2️⃣8️⃣ Massage functions are turned on and tested (if applicable)

2️⃣9️⃣ Hand control LED lights are checked for proper dimming and brightness

3️⃣0️⃣ Back and footrest arrow buttons are tested for smooth operation

3️⃣1️⃣ Transformer and SmartTek® LED lights are checked on the transformer, hand control, and motor wire

3️⃣2️⃣ Chair is fully tested from recline to lift to ensure smooth and quiet movement

3️⃣3️⃣ Seating foam and fiber regulation is inspected to ensure even stuffing with no bumps

Final Packaging & Documentation

3️⃣4️⃣ Proper owner’s manual is included

3️⃣5️⃣ Arm covers are added (if applicable)

3️⃣6️⃣ Appropriate hand tags are attached with a swift tack gun

3️⃣7️⃣ Model number, model options, serial number, and sales order number are scanned from the work order and box tag

3️⃣8️⃣ Motor serial number is scanned

3️⃣9️⃣ Transformer serial number is scanned

4️⃣0️⃣ Once the chair passes all inspections, it is sent to boxing with the correct box labels
