1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Process:
• Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or log in to your account to start a return.
• You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be included with your return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
5. Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus the 15% restocking fee.
6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personal care products and custom-made equipment, are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations. Items must be returned in unused condition in order to receive a refund. Refunds are only processed after inspection.
7. Store Credit: You can request a store credit in the full amount to avoid and restocking fees.
