Love the chair, But…..

Our Jazzy was given to my wife. We didn't receive the charger. We received it from INNER HEALING CENTER My female XLR doesn't look like a normal plug. First of all it';s greenish in color. Looks like a smile not an upside down V like it should. Also it has 4 slots for the male cable.
I will wait to hear from you.

I didn't know who to contact so I choose you people.
