Pride Mobility Go Go® Elite Traveller 3-Wheel Mobility Scooter

I have MS and have been unable to walk for 18 years. I got my first GoGo 14 years ago and for 13 years it gave me freedom! The mobility company I bought it from stopped selling and servicing scooters and I had to search for another company that my insurance would accept. I finally found one and now have a new GoGo. It's interesting and frustrating that one can buy this scooter on Amazon for hundreds of dollars less than the mobility companies sell it for yet insurance companies won't recognize Amazon as a vender. Beware of this situation when you are in the market for a scooter. At any rate, I wouldn't buy any scooter but a GoGo! (This is a real review from a Pride Mobility customer)

I've had my gogo for over 10 years now. I use it mostly for travelling, at the airport and sightseeing. I have 14H batteries, which last a long time and they are really zippy!
It's reliable, sturdy and good quality.
I'm a 75 year old weakling. It's not easy, but I still manage to break it apart, lift each piece into my trunk and then out of trunk to set it back up again.
I tried a 4 wheel scooter, but the turning radius is huge, compared with this 3 wheeler. It turns pretty easily in tight spaces. I dont think I'll ever use a 4 wheeler for that reason.

I managed a broken coccyx, failed back surgery syndrome, depression, anxiety, TBI, chronic pain. Until GOGO, i was bedridden. Gogo is a reliable scooter that was easy to use and maintain. I was able to heal and learned how to tinker on them. Boston and suburbs sidewalks are not always ADA compliant. winters are treacherous. this scooter is made with quality ABS plastic and a real squared off solid steel frame. I upgraded mine to stainless steel fasteners. SOLID WHEELS MEANS YOU NEED TO PUT A 2X4 UNDER THEM when you aren't using it weekly. the batteries are meant to be charged and it's important to keep them dry. even using a poncho over the controls and key will protect it. it's made to last years. i recommend the 4 wheel for stability regardless of if you are less than 300lbs. people carry stuff and they are stronger. my leg caused instability, because of the cast, on a 3 wheel. the GOGO scooter, pride ex, the 18v 12ah battery packs are interchangeable. I made mistakes and bought knock-offs and the plastic is cheap and the frame is not as well made. the GOGO will slide over a curb and the electronics are protected completely. these are great for the office and the 3 wheels can turn so without moving the inside wheel. it's amazing agile.
