Invacare Limited Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who buys the product new and unused from Invacare or an authorized dealer. It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state.

Warranty Coverage

Invacare warrants the following:

Mechanical & Electrical Components: Covered for 2 years from the date of purchase
Frame Welds: Covered for 5 years from the date of purchase

A copy of the original purchase invoice is required for warranty service.

If a defect in materials or workmanship is found within the applicable warranty period, Invacare will repair or replace the product at its discretion.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not include labor or shipping costs related to repairs or replacement parts.

It also does not apply to:

Products with removed or altered serial numbers
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper operation, maintenance, or storage
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, parts, or attachments
Damage caused by circumstances beyond Invacare’s control
Normal wear and tear or failure to follow product instructions
