Yes, the tiller and seat can be removed. That said, the tiller is not designed to be lowered/removed, so it takes some effort with the screws.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Structural Frame Components

• One (1) year on all structural frame components.

General Coverage

For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Cheeta will, at its option and free of charge to the original purchaser, replace any part or electronic component found defective in material and/or workmanship, as determined by an authorized Cheeta representative.

• The battery is covered by the battery manufacturer’s warranty and is not warranted by Cheeta.

• Warranty service can be performed by Cheeta or by an authorized Cheeta Provider.

• Do not return faulty parts to Cheeta without prior consent.

• All transportation costs and any shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

One-Year Warranty Exceptions

• Transaxle: Warranty does not apply in cases where operational noise increases, which typically results from abuse or excessive strain on the scooter.

• Motor Brake: One-year warranty applies only to the electrical function of the motor brake. Brake pads are not covered.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• ABS plastic shrouds and footrest covers (normal wear items).

• Batteries (covered separately by the battery manufacturer).

• Tires and tire tubes (normal wear items).

• Upholstery and seating (normal wear items).

• Repairs or modifications made without prior written consent from Cheeta.

• Circumstances beyond the control of Cheeta.

• Damage caused by: battery fluid spillage/leakage, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence, improper operation, maintenance, or storage.

• Use in commercial or non-standard applications.

• Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges related to repairs.

Disclaimer of Additional Warranties

There is no other express warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase, to the extent permitted by law. This warranty provides the exclusive remedy.

Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions.
