If a defect covered under this warranty occurs, Drive Medical will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes non-durable components such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to routine wear and may require periodic replacement.
