How to Use the StrongArm® for Standing Support:

Sit at the edge of your seat and position the cane between your legs.
Place the tip of the cane slightly in front of you, beneath your center of gravity, so that the handle is at chest height or lower.
Turn the handle sideways toward your body.
Grip the cradle with one hand and the handle with the opposite hand.
Lean your upper body forward over your legs until your center of gravity is above your feet.
Push upward, using both your arm and leg muscles, to stand.
Once standing, reposition the StrongArm® into the correct walking position.
