I just got my chair, 4/19/2024. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased it. I see I am not the only one that is having a problem with the footrest being too low. My feet dangle. My chair is in the lowest position. I have talked with my dealer and they can "modify" the footrest. One would think they would have put an adjustable bracket on. My husband has a Pride Quantum chair, his footrest has an adjustable bracket. The chair also tips if I forget to put both feet on the floor when I bend over to pick something up from the floor. As the chair is too tall, putting both feet down is a challenge. I do like the big tires and the smaller wheels in the front, they don't turn and rub on my feet like my Jazzy 614 did. (This is a real review from a Pride Mobility customer)
I'e had my chair for over a year now and I love it! It turns on a dime and is very maneuverable once you learn how to use it. It is prone to tip forward if you bend over to reach something you dropped. I've almost been dumped out a few times. And I wish it had lumbar support. Other than that I LOVE this chair. Being disabled really limits your ability to move let alone move fast. In this chair I can zip along and go fast when I want to and I love that! (This is a real review from a Pride Mobility customer)
Got it on 11/15/2023 it was delivered but know kind of adjustments were made to fit me, the seat is to low is main problem and hope I can adjust it up some. The main problem I have is that the motors are very weak when trying to go up a rise and stop then try to restart and it struggle to get going. Don't try to get off a smooth surface like the yard I struggle badly to keep going. I am at the very low end of weight limits so that should not be the problem the motors just don't have any torque. Other than these problems it is very Nice chair (This is a real review from a Pride Mobility customer)
The review says 450 # I have a larger rear end and it makes it hard to sit comfortably in the seat I have big thighs also due to lumpydem. I am active outdoors and it has almost killed me 2x the know is to se sensitive! A d if you are going at a moderate speed and have to stop you will gall out! Tip is a problem! I drag on every ramp out there it has its perks it does handle som terrain better than the Golden I had because it had 2 set of large casters! But it NVER Tiped! I have put a hole in my good rubber crocks from falling out and tipping. The front wheels are not any good and I do drag on everything with the foot plate. Not good for actuve crazy pepole like me lol (This is a real review from a Pride Mobility customer)
I love my chair. But I need some repair work done and I can't find anyone to help me. I have called 10 different places, with no help. (This is a real review from a Pride Mobility customer)
