Nuvio Limited Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage:
Frame: Nuvio offers a 5-year warranty on defects in materials and construction of the frame under normal use and proper maintenance.
All Other Parts: Covered by a 24-month general warranty, excluding damage due to normal wear and tear.
Warranty Terms:
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as shown on your proof of purchase.
The warranty covers repair services only, not product exchanges or returns.
The warranty period does not reset or extend after a repair has been completed.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.
This warranty is in addition to any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
Transportation Responsibility:
The Nuvio distributor in your country is responsible for arranging transportation to and from the original point of purchase (referred to as “the supplier”), but only for repairs covered under warranty.
The method of shipping will be determined in consultation with the supplier.
Warranty Claims Process:
To make a warranty claim, you must submit the following to your local Nuvio distributor along with the defective product:
Original proof of purchase with the date clearly visible.
A clear description of the issue being reported.
What is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty?
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the following:
Any changes, modifications, or repairs made by the customer or third parties without prior written authorization from the Nuvio distributor or supplier.
Improper assembly or installation of third-party components not approved or compatible with the product.
Defects resulting from neglect, accidents, or use and maintenance that deviate from the instructions outlined in the user manual.
Unintentional damage, abnormal use, incorrect storage, or insufficient care.
Products with damaged, altered, or removed serial numbers.
Dissatisfaction due to product dimensions, weight, functionality, color, or overall design preferences.
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Discoloration of frames or parts caused by direct or indirect sunlight exposure.
Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Shipping costs associated with returning the rollator or its components to the Nuvio distributor after the warranty period has expired.
