1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
• Free repair is provided for manufacturing defects or faulty components within the warranty period (warranty repair).
• Warranty repairs must be performed by authorized KARMA dealers only.
• Transportation costs for repairs or replacements are not covered.
• Replaced parts become the property of KARMA.
2. Items Not Covered by Warranty
• Minor irregularities that do not affect function or safety.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Issues due to lack of basic maintenance and self-inspection.
• Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow operating guidelines.
• Installation or use of non-KARMA parts.
• Damage from unsuitable environments.
• Unauthorized modifications, additions, or alterations.
• External factors such as chemicals, oil, or debris.
• Natural disasters.
3. Costs Not Covered by KARMA
• Replacement or refill of consumable parts, oil, or lubricants.
• Inspection, adjustments, or cleaning services.
• KARMA-designated self-inspection costs.
4. User & Dealer Responsibilities
