With the adjustable feet, what is the minimum and maximum height of threshold it can accommodate?
The TAER 12 height range is 1.92” to 2.958”. The TAER 24 comes with two different sizes of adjustable feet. The shorter set provides a height range of 2.154” to 3.375” and the taller ones provide a height range of 3.178” to 4.361”. The TAER 36 height range is 3.681” to 5.836”.
Does the plate at the bottom of the ramp move?
Yes, the TRANSITIONS Angled Entry Ramp has an adjustable bottom transition plate so that it can provide smooth ramp-to-ground and ground-to-ramp transitions.
Does this ramp require assembly?
Yes, simply attach the two adjustable feet and set them to the necessary height.

1.Warranty Coverage
Homecare Products, Inc., doing business as EZ-ACCESS (“Manufacturer”), warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the product’s lifetime. This limited warranty applies only to the Manufacturer’s parts and components (e.g., it excludes the powder-coated finish, applied non-skid tape, etc.).
2.Warranty Remedy
•The Manufacturer’s obligation and the purchaser’s sole remedy under this warranty are limited to, at the Manufacturer’s discretion, repair or replacement of defective parts and components.
•Repairs or replacements will be provided at no charge for parts or labor.
•For discontinued products, the Manufacturer may replace the item with a comparable product or refund the purchase price.
•To initiate a claim, the purchaser must contact the Manufacturer and request service. The Manufacturer will either issue a Return Authorization (RA) for the product’s return or schedule an on-site examination.
•This warranty is non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser, and requires proof of purchase.
3.Exclusions from Coverage
The Manufacturer is not responsible for:
•Damages caused by the purchaser’s failure to mitigate.
•Defects not reported within 30 days of discovery.
•Damages due to:
a. Improper installation, alterations, misuse, or abuse.
b. Normal wear and tear.
c. Environmental factors such as aging, weather exposure, dampness, or corrosion.
d. Changes in landscaping or surrounding ground conditions.
e. Defects in adjacent structures.
f. Soil movement or site condition changes.
g. Acts of God (e.g., fire, floods, storms, earthquakes).
•Under no circumstances shall the Manufacturer be liable for injury to persons or property damage due to this warranty or otherwise.
4.Warranty Disclaimer
•The warranties and remedies provided are exclusive and replace all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
•If federal or state laws prevent the exclusion of implied warranties, their duration is limited to this warranty’s specified period.
5.Limitation of Liability
•The Manufacturer is not liable for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product.
•The sole remedy for warranty breaches is the repair or replacement of defective parts.
•The Manufacturer’s maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.
6.Legal Rights and Additional Provisions
•This warranty is in addition to any legal rights the purchaser may have.
•Federal regulations and state laws may limit or prohibit exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to all purchasers.
